United States Highway 101/State Route 84 (Woodside Road) Interchange Improvement Project

Description

Note: 1 CD Caltrans, in conjunction with the City of Redwood City and San Mateo County Transportation Authority, proposes to improve the US 101/SR 84 (Woodside Rd) interchange in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo. The project would widen and add lanes to SR 84 (hereafter simply Woodside Rd), reconstruct all ramp connections to US 101, and construct direct connect flyover ramps between US 101, and Veterans Blvd. The project would also construct additional pedestrian and bicycle facilities throughout the project are and improve the intersections of Woodside Rd with Veterans Blvd, Broadway, and Bay Rd to the south of US 101, and Seaport Blvd/East Bayshore Rd/Blomquist Rd to the north of US 101.
