The project involves a request for a CUP for a utility substation - a groundwater well and a 1,470 sf pump house on the 12,474 sf (.29 acres) property at 14742 Leahy Ave. Work on the 14740 Leahy Ave property will consist of abandonment of the existing well, and removal/relocation of the existing gates, and construction of a new 6' block wall along Leahy Avenue frontage.
