- Description
- The MiraCosta Community College District proposes to construct three buildings in the currently developed southwestern portion of the MiraCosta College Oceanside Campus. The buildings would include: (1) an 800-sq-ft. Art Storage Building; (2) a 1,500 sf Music Storage Building; and (3) a 5,800-sf Theatre/Dance Building. Construction would also include associated infrastructure, hardscaping, and landscaping. The overall construction period of the Project would be approx. 15 months, commencing in June 2016, and ending in August 2017.
