City of Sanger 2015-2023 Housing Element Update
Description
The Update to the Housing Element for the City of Sanger covers both the fourth and fifth cycle updates. The Housing Element describes the policies and programs that the City will implement in order to meet the housing needs of its current and future residents. In particular, the Element has a focus on the programs and implementation measures to meet the housing needs of Extremely Low, Very Low and Low Income households. The Element was completed to comply with state requirements and the Department of Housing and Community Developments guidance.
