Santa Rosa City Schools proposes to acquire property at 2150 West College Avenue in Santa Rosa to develop and operate a charter high school focusing on career and technical education. The site is currently owned by the Sonoma County Water Agency (SCWA) and previously served as the Water Agency's primary offices and maintenance facilities; the site is currently unoccupied by the agency and has been declared surplus. Enrollment at this facility would be approximately 225 students or less.
