Description: The SWRCB is the responsible agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing funds for the project. The Callahan Water District proposes to collect information to either upgrade or replace their existing water treatment plant and distribution pipeline as both have met their useful service life. Plans and specifications and environmental documents will also be developed.
