- Chestnut Avenue Warehouse Project
- The proposed project would subdivide the 28.9-acre site into five parcels and develop each parcel with a concrete tilt-up warehouse/office building. The proposed buildings would provide a total combined building area of 614,597 sf. The project site would be accessed from all street fronts: Chestnut Street, a public street off a Virgil Waters Way, a public street off of Azusa Avenue, Railroad Street, and Curl Court off of Railroad Street. The warehouse buildings would be a maximum of 50 feet tall. The buildings would be built on speculation; thus, the prospective occupants are currently unknown. The buildings are intended for industrial warehouse/office use. Construction would begin upon project approval by COI and is expected to require approximately 12 months to complete.
