Description: Addition of a new permitted operations category (Compostable Material Handling-Processing/Storing) to describe the acceptance of CCGW for onsite processing for use as Alternative Daily Cover (ADC). The proposed permit has been updated to reflect the total design capacity for disposal rather than the remaining disposal capacity of the site. No additional disposal capacity is being proposed at this time.
