- Sweetwater Authority is proposing the construction of a solar PV panel array in the vacant property west of and adjacent to the Richard A Reynolds Desalination Facility. Subsequent to the adoption of the IS/MND, minor changes were made to the project, including revisions to project description, avoidance of surface water flow paths, revisions to habitat acreage, and revisions to mitigation measures. Sweetwater Authority determined that no new or substantially increased impacts would occur as a result of these changes.
