Title: Mountain Creek Middle School Water Storage Project
Description: The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the Responsible Agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The Pioneer Union School District proposes to replace the existing redwood tank with a steel tank. The redwood tank is leaking badly and has a high potential for bacteriological contamination, making it no longer safe or practical to maintain. The capacity of the redwood storage tank is 20,000 gallons and is located on the southern edge of the campus, surrounded by concrete retaining walls.
