Wildcat San Pablo Creeks Levee Rehabilitation Project

Description

CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0341-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Steve Kowalewski/Contra Costa County Flood control and Water Conservation District. Project is associated with the raising of existing levees and construction of new structures along Wildcat and San Pablo Creeks to meet the Federal Emergency Management Agency's levee freeboard requirements. The project is limited to the construction of sheet pile walls, earthen berms, reinforced concrete floodwalls, paving overlay of roads that act as levees, addition of caps to existing walls and fill of the existing levee.
