Title: Richmond Solar PV Project
Description: Note: Response to Comments The proposed 10.5 MW PV system would deploy approximately 80,000 think-film solar panels at the project site. The solar panels would be non-reflective and, in combination with 11 utility scale inverters, would convert sunlight into electricity, which would be fed directly into the PG&E utility grid at locations adjacent to the site. The project would be a combination of non-penetrating ballasted fixed tilt arrays (maximum height of approximately 6 feet) and single axis tracking ground mount arrays (maximum of height of 14 feet in highest position). Multiple transformers would be connected via aboveground lines to adjacent switching substations. Access would be from the existing Hensley Street gate to the property.
