The General Plan amendment also includes a text amendment to modify the Centeral Commercial land use designation to read "intensities in this area may not exceed a Floor Area Ration of 2.75 if parking can be provided on site or is in a parking district and eliminating Floor area ratio of .45 outside the parking district. The project includes a Special Use Permit with Design Review, for the construction of a 4 story (75 room) hotel on a .5 acre parcel in the CC zoning district including 85 parking.
