- Description
- The project is the adoption of the City's updated General Plan, which will guide development and conservation in the City through 2035. The Morgan Hill 2035 project also includes amendments to the City's Residential Development Control System (RDCS). Established by the voters in 1977, the City's unique growth management system regulates annual residential growth through the provision of residential building abutments. The City Council has directed that the updated RDCS will be placed on the Nov. 2016 ballot.
