Revised NOP Amendment to Coto de Caza Specific Plan (mapping exhibits and related tables and text to reflect approved Via Terracaleta Area Plan; no changes in total units within Planning Area 5 or the overall Coto de Caza Specific Plan are proposed); Via Terracaleta Custom Estates Area Plan, consistent with County requirements; Master Site Development Plan for master grading and drainage improvements, backbone access road, backbone infrastructure and utilities, wildfire fuel modification and management plan, habitat restoration plan, new site improvements to the existing home, and similar types of master developer improvements required prior to lot sales and site development plans for the six new single-family homes; Subdivision Map(s) (e.g., Tentative Tract Map No. 17306); Grant of or Irrevocable Offer to Grant and Resource Preservation Space Easement to the County of Orange to replace the existing Conservation Easement to Coto de Caza Master Homeowners Association; and Future Single-Family Home Site Development Plans for the six new single-family homes, and potentially for the remodel of/changes of the existing single-family home, consistent with the Via Terracaleta Custom Estates Area Plan, Master Development Plan, and Subdivision Map(s).
