- In order to implement this Project, NCPA would install hardware modifications to its SCADA infrastructure at the Collierville Powerhouse and two passive repeaters on USFS Land (one at American Camp Lookout and one at Forebay Lookout) plus an additional one on Union Public Utility District (UPUD) land. It would also install a parabolic antenna and associated equipment building at its Murphys Hydroelectric Operations Headquarters.
