Proposed Annexation Adjustments of Lee Lake Water District's and Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District's Service Areas

Description

The proposed project entails sphere amendment and/or annexation of three parcels. Parcel 1 is located northeast of Interstate 15 (I-15) and east of the rural residential Spanish Hills community. Parcel 2 is located east of the Sycamore Creek (SP 256) residential development with I-15 traversing the western portion of the parcel. Parcel 3 is located east of I-15 and northeast of Corona Lake. The intended purpose of the sphere amendment and/or annexation is for utility and maintenance purposes. Specifically, Parcels 1 and 2 of the Toscana Specific Plan (SP 327-Amendment No. #1), along with additional properties along the southwest border, are proposed to be annexed into LLWD service area for sewer, water, reclaimed water service, and maintenance purposes. Parcel 3 would be detached from the LLWD sphere and included into the EVMWD sphere for utility and maintenance service purposes.
