National City Marine Terminal Tank Farm Paving and Street Closures Project & Port Master Plan Amendment

Description

The Project includes the following components: (1) Paving of the former National City Marine Terminal (NCMT) Tank Farm; (2) Closure of portions of Quay Avenue and 28th Street, 32nd St; (3) a Port Master Plan Amendment (PMPA) to remove the streets from the Port Master Plan; and (4) Renewal of four short-term use permits; and 5) New real estate agreement on the former Weyerhaeuser leasehold. Project covers approx. 71.24 acres. The Project will provide additional space for marine terminal operations, including primarily import, export, handling, and storage of motor vehicles and may also include cargo transported aboard a Pasha Hawaii Transport Lines vessel.
