Redwood City Navigation Improvement Study
Description
The USACE proposes to deepen the existing channels an additional two feet and continue maintenance dredging of these channels to maintain the navigability of the channels. The Draft Integrated Feasibility Report and DEIS/DIER evaluates in detail the potential environmental impacts of alternative navigation improvement plans and the No Action/No Project Alternative. Either hydraulic or mechanical dredges can be used for the deepening alternatives considered.
