Title: Pure Water Program
Description: Note: Review Per Lead The Pure Water Program would use advanced water purification technology to produce potable water from recycled water and provide a safe, reliable and cost-effective drinking water supply for San Diego. The Pure Water Program consists of the design and construction of new advanced water purification facilities and a new water reclamation plant; upgrades to existing water reclamation and wastewater treatment facilities; and design and construction of new pump stations and pipelines. The following Program components are currently contemplated as comprising the entirety of the Pure Water Program; however, Program components are subject to change during future project-level design.
