Title: Hopper Creek Improvements Project
Description: The Yountville Hopper Creek Flood Improvement Project is a response to flooding concerns within the Town limits. Primary objectives are to: 1) reduce seasonal flooding from Hopper Creek along roadways, 2) reduce sediment contribution from Hopper Creek, and 3) reduce the frequency of routine maintenance. The Project includes bank stabilization, construction of four separate sediment basins, installation of a flood flow diversion structure along Finnell Road and habitat restoration. CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0446-3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Town of Yountville, as represented by Joe Tagliaboschi.
