- Hat Creek River Parkway/Wild Trout Area Public Access and Restoration Project
- Description
- Restoration and enhancement of ecological function to the Hat Creek Wild Trout Area and to provide improved recreational use opportunities. The project includes three components: 1) recreational - a system of river trails, parking, and kiosk/informational signs 2) native plant restoration - restoring/enhancing native riparian and upland plant species; 3) instream restoration - improve instream complexity for trout and other native fish through the installation of large woody debris in key locations.
