Description

The project involves a Mitigated Negative Declaration, General Plan Amendment, Rezoning, and Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 0.99-acre parcel into four individual single family residential lots. There is an existing home which will remain. On November 18, 2014, the City Council of Santa Rosa adopted the Mitigated Negative Declaration, approved the General Plan Amendment, and approved the Tentative Parcel Map. On January 27, 2015, after the second reading, the City Council adopted an ordinance to rezone the site which was the final discretionary action.
