Description: SWRCB is a responsible agency for this project. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program si providing funds for the project. The City of Colusa proposes to perform analysis, research and design to replace a failed water system, which is currently being served via an emergency connection by the City. This includes developing operation, maintenance, and capital improvement budget rate study documents, in addition to plans and specifications for the water and sewer project and preparation of legal and environmental documents to consolidate Del Oro-Walnut Ranch with the City of Colusa.
