Polytechnic High School Auditorium AB 300 Project

Description

The Proposed Project will consist of the seismic retrofit and upgrades to the existing Auditorium Building and the renovation of the building interior finishes and upgrades to light fixtures and the fire alarm, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, mechanical, and sprinkler systems. The proposed project will also involve the removal of soils impacted by lead and polychlorinated biphenyle (PCBs) from the areas around, and adjacent to the Auditorium Building and Band Room Building areas. These soils will be disposed of offsite at appropriately permitted waste disposal facility(ies).
