- The allocation of a grant to the National Audubon Society DBA Audubon California, for a partnership project with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), to enhance 260 acres of marsh habitat within the 400-acre Lower Sonoma Creek Marsh located within the San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge, managed by the USFWS. Enhancements are expected to improve habitat conditions to benefit of marsh-dependent wildlife species.
