Description

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Albert Anderson. The applicant will construct four road crossings necessary for timber operations per 2004 Anderson NTMP 4-04NTMP-001/MAR Amendment #7, approved in October 2013. The applicant will replace three (3) existing culvert crossing with vented rocked fords and install a vented ford at an existing native surface ford crossing.
