Title: Part 2 Emergency Funding Project
Description: The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. Whispering Pines Apartments proposes a project that includes hauling water to the system to fill their water tanks and supply water throughout the water system and well investigation to determine if the water quality is safe enough to lift an existing boil water order for residents of the apartment complex. The water system alos plans to construct 1-2 additional small hard-rock wells to increase the available water supply to customers that meets adequate water quality standards.
