Baylands Pump Station No. 2 Rehabilitation Project
Description
Project is limited to replacement of seven creek discharge outfalls with five outfalls. The creek bank will be excavated to remove the old pipes and install the new pipes in the same location. The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0287-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Sunnyvale, as represented by Nathan Scribner.
