- A General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan, zone Change, Zone Text Amendment, Development Agreement, Conditional Use Permit, Administrative Use Permit, and Parking Demand Study for construction of a five-story hotel w/1 level of underground parking, on the vacant portion of a 2.98 acre site; continued use of the existing office building, parking structure, and remote airport parking use on site. The proposed 111,350-gross-square-foot hotel would include 190 rooms. The existing two parcels would be subdivided into three new parcels: (1) five-story hotel (1.52 ac), (2) office building (0.42 ac.), and (3) office/hotel parking and remote airport parking to serve LAX (1.4 ac).
