- This is a request to utilize existing horse stables, riding arena, trails, and associated facilities to provide training for horse drawn carriage driving and carriage driving seminars and events. The facility will operate Monday thru Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and weekends from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. The project also includes a request to parcel the four (4) acre carriage training facility and residence from the remaining 40 acre farming operation.
