- Consideration of Zoning Text Amendments, and related Environmental Impact Report (Draft and Final), to clarify various classifications of stores, including a new definition for "superstore", and revised definition of "large format retail", and to prohibit superstore uses in all zoning classifcations. In addition, the amendments would revise and clarify definitions of food and beverage sales uses including "convenience market", "grocery store" and "supermarket", and prohibit all grocery and supermarket uses within the East of 101 Area.
