Description: The State Waer Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the responsible agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The Kings Canyon Unified School Distirct proposed to complete a feasibility study that determnes the best course of action that would correct the ongoing uranium contamination issues in the domestic water supply. Kings Canyon Unified School District will drill test wells to find an adequate water quality supply for domestic use. Kings Canyon Unified School District will also determine if consolidation with a nearby water system is a feasible option.
