PA-1200133 (TE, SA) One-year Time Extension for Religious Facility

Description

A one year time extension application for a previously approved site approval application to construct a religious facility for a max capacity of 99 people in three phases over ten years and a sign height modification request. Phase 1, with building permits to be issued within 18 months, is the construction of a 4,500 sf religious assembly and multi-purpose building and a sign modification request for a monument sign from the permitted height of four feet to ten feet. Phase 2, with building permits to be issued within 5 years, is the construction of a 3,420 sf storage building. Phase 3, with building permits to be issued within 10 years, is the construction of an 8,190 sf religious facility and conversion of the existing religious facility to a multi-purpose building. No school or day care facility is proposed with this project.
