- SWRCB is a responsible agency for this project. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing funds for the project. The Central Unified School District proposes to connect the Central High School-West Campus water supply to the existing Pershing Continuation High School water supply. The proposed project will include installation of a 200,000 gallon water storage tank, construction of a booster station with a 5,000 gallon hydro pneumatic tank, drilling of a groundwater well and trenching and construction of approximately 7,000 lf of water pipeline.
