Title: Tourist Core Area Plan
Description: The proposed project is an Area Plan for the Stateline/Ski Run area. The Tourist Core Area Plan would establish goals, policies and implementation strategies for providing specific land use guidance within the Area Plan boundary. The Tourist Core Area Plan would establish land use, zoning and design standards to replace the existing Stateline/Ski Run Community Plan. The new plan will serve as a mutual plan for the City and TRPA by providing direction for how the area should be regulated to achieve regional environmental and land use objectives.
