Description

A one year time extension application for previously approved use permit application to expand an existing religious assembly in two phases over six years. Phase 1, to be completed in eighteen months, includes the construction of a new 90 ft tall tower structure. The tower structure is comprised of 27,464 sf and includes five stories with an interior prayer hall, exhibition area, storage space, and a rooftop deck. Phase 2, to be completed in 6 years, includes the construction of a 4,600 sf temple.
