Title: 101 Terminal Court Clear Channel Billboard Project and Related Zoning Amendment
Description: The Project is proposed by Clear Channel Outdoor and involves construction and operation of one new double-sided outdoor advertising LED billboard in the paved area of a Park N Fly lot that would be oriented toward traffic along adjacent Highway 101. The billboard is proposed to reach a maximum height of up to 70 feet and would have display faces approximately 14 feet high by 48 feet wide. An amendment to the City's Zoning Code is required for approval of a digital billboard. With this amendment, no more than 3 digital billboards (include the proposed billboard) could be allowed along the highway in conjunction with negotiated Relocation Agreements.
