- The proposed project would construct an approx. 320-acre photovoltaic solar energy site. The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0104-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Gregg Hggart, Ocotillo Solar, LLC. Project executes a Streambed Alteration Agreement to allow 0.47 acre of permanent impacts to ephemeral washes associated with the Project. Impacts associated with the Project will be mitigated through the preservation and management of 1 acre of ephemeral wash.
