Description: GPA11-009 to change the General Plan land use designation from Homestead Residential to Mixed Use; Zone Change RZ11-016 to change zoning from RE-3, O and O-1 to M-U, O and O under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code; Tentative Subdivision Map T11-034 to allow a 34.9 acre site, which is currently 11 parcels to be subdivided into 30 parcels ranging in size from 2,550 sf to 13 acres; and Planned Unit Development PUD11-004 to allow the construction of two independent living facilities with 80 units in each building, one building containing medical offices, and 24 detached residential units consisting of duplexes and fourplexes on the 34.9 acre site.
