Title: Well No. 8 Chlorine Treatment Facility
Description: Installation of three (3) 500 gallon; double-walled tanks for storage of bulk 12.5% sodium hypochlorite for well disinfection. Housing for tanks is aluminum with rolling roof. Mixing of chlorine will be done in the pipe, 15 feet downstream of wellhead by direct pump injection. Chlorine is NSF 60 certified for drinking water applications. Chlorine well water is fed into larger treatment facility, then distributed into the potable water system.
