Total building complex of 25,330 sf, with 4,129 sf of the existing 16,000 sf of building to be demolished and the rest (11,871 sf) renovated. New building area would be 13,459 sf. Regrading of existing parking lot; creation of outdoor decks, courtyards, site pathway, and slight realignment of access driveway.
