Title: Administrative Office and Corporate Yard Project
Description: The project consists of the construction and operation of a new administrative office and corporate yard "campus" for EVWD. The development is proposed on a 24.7-acre parcel which is owned by EVWD; the campus development will utilize approximately 11.6-acres of the 24.7-acre site; and approximately 13-acres of native vegetation and an existing citrus grove, will remain in its natural setting and will be incorporated in the long term use of the site.
