Description: Note: Review per lead The City of Larkspur is preparing the Larkspur SMART Station Area Plan. The SMART (Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit) is a passenger train and multi-use pathway project planned to extend 70 miles from Cloverdale in Sonoma County to Larkspur in Marin County. The Larkspur SMART Station Area Plan will identify potential land use and regulatory changes that are intended to support transit oriented development in the area surrounding the planned SMART station.
