Description

Larry Matos, the applicant, has proposing to construct one milk cow freestall barn and one dry cow/heifer freestall barn, in addition to increasing the dairy's permitted herd size from 1,380 milk cows to 2,100 milk cows, 300 dry cows to 400 dry cows, and 1,500 support stock (heifers) to 2,600 support stock (heifers); not to exceed a combined total of 2,500 mature cows (milk and dry cows), and 2,600 support stock (heifers) for an overall 5,100 total head.
