Title: Pipeline 3 Relining - Sweetwater to Lower Otay Reservoir
Description: The proposed project consists of rehabilitation of ~28,400 linear feet of existing Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) along the existing Water Authority Pipeline 3. The proposed project would rehabilitate Pipeline 3 through installation of a steel liner into the existing PCCP along one contiguous segment of the pipeline.
