Request by Lime Mountain Company & T-Mobile for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction and operation of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility consisting of twelve (12) panel antennas in three sectors of four antennas, mounted at a height of 53 feet above grade (measured to top of antennas) and one (1) 6-foot diameter microwave dish mounted at a height of 20 feet above grade on a new 61 foot tall faux pine tree (monopine), six (6) equipment cabinets within an ~900 sf equipment enclosure, and ~550 feet of associated aerial utility routing.
