This application is for a Building Site Approval with Grading Approval and Design Review Exemption to construct a new 4,500 sf single family residence including attached 3 car garage with associated driveway and clear-span bridge crossing tributary of San Tomas Aquino Creek (avoiding top of bank). Bridge improvements include support on a drilled pier and grade beam foundation and armored with 12 to 18 inch hard rock rip rap 15 ft. on each side of the bridge.
