Description
A Planned Development/Specific Plan (PD12-01) and zone change (ZC12-01) for a Mixed Use Overlay Zone for the downtown area consisting of 110 acres and eventually accommodating 942 dwelling units and a population of 3,053. The property is currently zoned R-3 (Residential Medium Density), C-2 (Medium Commercial), M-1 (Light Manufacturing), M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing) P-F, and R. The project will allow mixed uses per the Downtown Specific Plan according to 8 frontage types: Downtown Civic, Civic Center Main Street, Civic Center Neighborhood, West Village Main Street, West Village Neighborhood, East Village Main Street, East Village Neighborhood, East Village Enterprise. Currently, 1,075 parking spaces are provided. An estimated 580 additional spaces would be provided with implementation of the plan.
