Description

Conversion to vineyard of ~ 32.7-acres (approximately 26 net vine acres), including earthmoving activities and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, of gently to steeply sloping oak woodland, mixed cahparral, coniferous forest, and annual grassland (slopes typically range from 6% to 40%, average slope ~22.5%). The project applicant has prepared an Agricultural Erosion Control Plan (ECPA) as required by Napa County Code (Chapter 18.108, "Conservation Regulations).
